Project Reunify Event Planning Mockup

At Project Reunify, the only U.S. NGO authorized to monitor CBP facilities, I organized volunteer lawyers and child welfare experts to ensure comprehensive oversight of immigrant children's treatment.

Event Marketing

I help create events people actually want to show up for, through smart content, thoughtful design, and real community engagement.

Event marketing leverages live experiences to engage and captivate audiences, driving brand awareness and achieving business goals. By creating immersive environments and memorable interactions, event marketing creates lasting impressions, fosters connections, and generates excitement. Whether it's a large conference or an intimate gathering, event marketing offers a unique opportunity to showcase your brand, tell your story, and forge meaningful connections with your target audience.

Reel Loud Film and Arts Festival Drive In

Reel Loud Film and Arts Festival

Maximizing Online Visibility for Event Success

Overview

Reel Loud needed a refresh. I helped redefine their brand, modernize their digital presence, and boost engagement across platforms.

We started with a full site redesign that actually captured the festival’s energy and history. From there, I created social content that matched the tone and visuals of the new brand—and launched strategic print ads around Santa Barbara to drive awareness.

The result? Over 600 attendees, making it the festival’s most successful year in 30 years.

Balancing Act

With COVID-19 still shaping how people gathered, our theme “Reimagine Connection” was more than just a tagline. It shaped every decision.

I focused on making our digital presence feel just as engaging as the in-person experience. That meant leaning into community-centered content and messaging that felt timely, personal, and safe.

Pop-ups

To build local hype and get people involved before the main event, I helped launch a series of public painting pop-ups—live mural installations around town.

Not only did these draw attention in real-time, but they also made the community feel part of the festival’s creation. We documented and shared these events online, turning offline moments into digital buzz.
